2014 was the first year SRAR recognized top producers in the real estate industry as part of our annual Inaugural Ball. 2014 President, Roger Hance had a vision that, instead of hosting that was only about honoring those who served at SRAR in leadership positions, the night should also be about honoring great careers in the industry. That's how the ICON award came to be. Our first round of ICON award recipients, Winnie Davis, Andrew Manning, Rod McIntosh, Stephanie Vitacco, and Chris Williams, were all deserving of this high honor.
